Booking requests
Submitting the website form requests an appointment; it does not guarantee a date or time. A time selected through the live calendar is booked or held for confirmation according to the confirmation shown and emailed by the scheduling system. Online requests are accepted at any time, while service timing depends on the current schedule.
Pricing and vehicle condition
Published prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, requested services, access, and travel requirements. Any material price change will be communicated before work begins.
Mobile service responsibilities
Customers must provide safe, lawful access to the vehicle and disclose conditions that could affect the work. Service may be rescheduled for unsafe weather, unsafe working conditions, unavailable access, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Communications and contact
